Greetings MVCS Families, 

As you continue to enjoy the summer, we are excitedly preparing for the new school year. 

On Friday, August 20th MVCS will hold its Back-To-School BBQ.  At this event, our families will not only enjoy great food, you will be able to meet your teachers, receive pertinent school information, and win some cool prizes – like free lunch for the year!!  Throughout the summer, details will continue to be sent out from us.  In the meantime, here is some information for your planning: 

4:00p.m.           New High School Student Orientation (Sanctuary)

5:00p.m.           Junior High School / High School General Session (Sanctuary)

6:00p.m.           Kindergarten, Elementary and Junior High Prep General Session (Sanctuary)

7:00p.m.           5th-12th Grade Athletics Orientation (Sanctuary)

 

5:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.      BBQ (Gym)

5:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.      Meet and Greet with teachers (Gym)

5:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.      Visit Promotional Venues (Gym)

 

Also, in order to present a consistent MVCS look, we have made the following change to the dress code for the 2010-11 school year.  The uniform standard will now include black shoes for ALL grades.  Students may wear their choice of solid black dress shoes or athletic shoes.
